Loyal has 3 ginning factories with a capacity of 60,000 kgs of lint per day to gin 30 mm plus and extra long staple cotton without contamination. The units follow the best work practices, giving no room for any foreign fibre contamination.
Besides its own ginning facility, Loyal engages dedicated outside ginning factories located at the prime cotton cultivating areas. These factories function under the strict supervision of Loyal’s Quality Assurance team.
